As long as we have our breath we are alive. This is a gift. The quality of our breath has a profound impact on our physical and emotional well-being. Tapping into this knowledge, which includes ways to almost immediately change your energy is profound and powerful. It is like a secret the sages knew thousands of years ago but we are just rediscovering.

SLEEP IS ESSENTIAL FOR OVERALL HEALTH AND VITALITY. 

When we sleep, our body and our cells go to work to repair the body and brain. Lack of sleep is a perfect recipe for low energy and overtime, poor health.

IT IS NOT ABOUT THE CALORIES. 

While calories provide some information about the foods we eat it tells us zero about nutrition and nutrients. Yet it is the nutrients from the foods we eat and their ability to get broken down in our body and then sent to different parts of our body that is important. This includes the gut! It is there so much of the magic works in optimizing our health and vitality through food. You are not just what you eat...you are ultimately the nutrients that are broken down and then absorbed in your body.

A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CAN BE CHALLENGING.

For much of our life there is a direction yet there comes a point, it could happen in your 20's, 30's, 40's or beyond you may question what is your purpose. Why does having your health and energy matter? When we recognize our unique purpose and tap into that place of service to others, it can be a powerful tool to making healthy lifestyle habits. There are so many distractions in our world it is easy to just go with the flow. Yet when we have an inner passion / purpose that guides you well that is powerful and inspiring.
